Lo sviluppo urbano nei nostri piccoli paesi non ha quasi mai tenuto conto di regole di sviluppo che anticipassero la necessità di nuovi alloggi.
 Gli amministratori locali non si sono mai posti all'interno di uno sviluppo omogeneo d'aree che sono divenute confinanti alla grande città, che appariva distante ma che ora è confine con il nostro territorio.
 Cosi come nelle grandi città le testimonianze dei tempi passati rimangono inglobate nelle nuove aree edificate, come testimonianza del passato e della nostra storia comune, cosi le testimonianze rurali sono rimaste all'interno dei piccoli paesi come il nostro.
 Sono lì, ci passiamo a fianco distrattamente come i nostri omonimi di città passano a fianco dei monumenti, quasi non li notiamo più ma sono presenti in gran numero.
 Alcuni hanno conservato la loro struttura ma sono stati trasformati dai proprietari, hanno una diversa destinazione d'uso, altri sono uguali ad un tempo e sono ancora utilizzati per lo stesso uso di tipo agricolo, altri, più in periferia, sono in stato d'abbandono ed il tempo vincerà sulle strutture composte di mattoni.
 Sono testimonianza di uno sviluppo fatto un po' alla volta, in base alle esigenze del momento, il piccolo paese, come la città non ha avuto uno sviluppo programmato; i piani regolatori che definiscono le aree sono cambiati nel tempo, aree che erano destinate ad un uso sono state destinate ad un uso diverso, e in questo modo i cascinotti si sono trovati nel mezzo delle aree abitate.

 As like in the big city the testimonies of the past times stay englobe in the new areas build, like testimony of the past and ours common history, so the rural testimonies have been inside of the small village like ours.
 They are there, we go on to side absent-minded like our homonyms of city go on to side of the monuments, we almost don't notice them but they are present in more number.
 Any preserve their structure but has stayed transformed from the owners, they have a different destination use, other is equal to once and is still used for the same agricultural type use, other, more in outskirts or in the country, are in state of abandonment and the time will win on the composed structures of bricks.
 They are testimony of a development does in little part of time, in base to the moment demands, the small village, like the city has not had one programmed development; the plain regulators that define the areas have changed in the time, areas that had destined to an use have stayed destine to a different use, and in this way the "cascinotti" are been found in the half of the inhabited areas.
