Paid for surf

Agreement

TERMS
You must be 18 years of age or older in order to join. You may only sign up once and you may only be referred by one individual.

PaidForSurf.com is currently available worldwide, yet funds will only be issued in US Dollars from a US bank at this time.

The SurfBar, the application that runs PaidForSurf.com, is subject to all terms and conditions that are set herein and are subject to change.

The number of hours that you may use the SurfBar is currently Unlimited. This limit is subject to change with prior notification via email. All changes to our Agreement or the program will be delivered via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is always up to date in our system. PaidForSurf.com will not be held responsible for changes in our agreement if you do not maintain an up to date email address in our system.

Time will be credited to a members account as long as they are actively using their computer. If the desktop is Idle for 3 minutes the SurfBar will pause until the member resumes using the computer again. Any attempt to bypass this feature will cause the membership to be terminated.

As of February 1, 2000 we are introducing SurfCash.

We take 50% of every dollar that we earn, and put that into SurfCash. SurfCash money is used to payout for referrals and for hourly usage of the SurfBar.

All we ask in return is that you spend at least one quality visit per hour at one of our advertisers. A quality visit is when you spend time using the site for its intended purpose. So if you visit a Search Engine, do a search; if you visit a health site, get some advice; if you visit a giveaway site, register to win; if you need to buy flowers, click on a florist's banner and buy some flowers.

By giving quality visits to sites we can, over time, increase our earnings and payout more money to our members. Just clicking on sites DOES NOT help our program, it can only hurt it. So please only visit sponsors of interest, and make it a Quality Visit!

What we mean by every dollar is all of the money earned on our SurfBar, our website, our Free email, our Community BBS with Chat, our Shopping Center, and anything else we do to make money . So spend more time using more of the services that we offer and the SurfCash will grow and you will earn more and more money.

NOTE: If you do not spend at least one quality visit per hour (an AVR of 0.5%), then you will not be qualified for any payment.

Our goal for the hourly rate is to reach $1.00 U.S. for the month of September 2000, provided that the member has met his AVR minimum.

In addition, you can refer additional members to PaidForSurf.com and earn on the following scale:

Level Current Payout
Direct $0.10/hour
Indirect1 $0.05/hour
Indirect2 $0.05/hour
Indirect3 $0.05/hour
Indirect4 $0.05/hour

In order to get paid for all of the hours from your referrals, you must match or exceed the number of hours that they surf.

For example: You refer John and Dan. John does 50 hours, Dan does 25 hours and you do 30 hours in a given month. Here is how you would be paid out:

You would be paid 30 hours for your surfing,
You would be paid 30 hours for John's surfing, and
You would be paid 25 hours for Dan's surfing.

In order to get paid for John's 50 hours, you would need to use the SurfBar for 50 hours as well. So, whenever you are using your computer and online, make sure that the SurfBar is running.

PaidForSurf.com forbids the use of unsolicited bulk email or otherwise known as, Spam in any way shape or form. This includes, but is not limited to, email, newsgroups, and forums. Anyone caught Spamming will be terminated and his/her referrer will loose any referrals that that member introduced to the program.

Currently, checks will be processed 60 days after the end of the calendar month as long as the member's account balance is equal to or greater than $20, $50, or $100 (depending on the members choice at time of signup).

Members of PaidForSurf.com are considered independent contractors. If a U.S. member will earn more than $600 in a calendar year, the member must provide their social security or federal tax ID for tax purposes otherwise the member will NOT receive a check.
