Let's make Homemade Korean KIMCHI !!
 
You can make Korean Kimchi unbelievably
easily. Once you make it, you won't have to
cook for a one week. It goes really well with
steamed rice, pasta, etc....

Ingredients - For 1 week (if you have everyday, lunch and dinner)

  cabbege  

4-5 whole Chinese (Korean) cabbages

  garlic

 

 

1 whole Garlic
  daikon   1 Japanese (Korean) Radish   jinger   1 Dessert spoon (Chopped)Ginger
spoon
  carrot   1 carrot   chili gochucal   Gochukaru
(Dried and chopped Korean Red Chili)

 

  onion  

1 spring onion

  squid   Squid
or Small Shrimp (if you don't have Squid - Shiokara) 200g
               
  HONDASHI   1 Teaspoon   AJINOMOTO
(monosodium
glutamate)
  (If you don't have Hondashi)
1 Small spoon
  Sugar   3 Dessert spoons  

Salt

  To your taste
