FFT-ECG for Spectral Analysis of Heart Rate Variability

FFT-ECG is a free software which performs spectral analysis of heart rate variability. It can be downloaded from our SUPPORT page.

The input is a simple ASCII file containing at least 256 rows with the values of the R-R intervals to be analyzed, exspressed in seconds.

The program is easy to run and the results are shown in accordance with the criteria established by the Task Force of the European Society of cardiology and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology in 1996.

FFT-ECG runs under Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, Me and XP. No particular RAM size is required; it occupies approximately 50 Kb of disk space and a screen resolution of at least 800x600 pixel is recommended; however, also lower screen resolutions can be used.
