A  l'extérieur il y a une terrasse couvert et meublé avec Barbeque pour manger dehors et admirer la vue sur la piscine qu'on partage avec deux autres familles italiennes qui viennent parfois pour le week-end

Very beautiful villa in a typical hamlet in the Chianti region between Florence ( 60 km ) and Siena ( 25 Km ). The house affords a well equipped kitchen ( dish washer, micro wave, oven, fridge and BBQ, a dining room a living room with fire-place 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bath tube ( jacuzzi )  and a big bedroom in the mansard with its private WC. Outside there is a covered terrace with BBQ, table and benches, garden area and a swimming pool ( sometimes in the weekend  used by 2 other Italian families ) with a great view. In the surroundings you will find medieval hamlets, baroque villas, castles and wine estates to visitate, some of them also reachable on footpathes.
 

Draps, serviettes et nettoyage final compris. Chauffage ( gas et bois pour le cheminée ) à m3. Lit joint 50 Euro / sem.
