SAN FRANCESCO est une villa qui se situe sur une colline près du petit village d’Orciatico, avec une très belle vue sur les environs, sur Volterra et les forêts avoisinantes dans lesquelles on peut parfois apercevoir des sangliers et des chevreuils.

The estate San Francesco, which is situated between grain-fields and vines, is located on a hill with panoramic view of Volterra. A cypress avenue leads to the former farm from the 18th century, which today consists of 6 apartments. Each of them has a private outdoor area. For shared use: barbecue made of masonry on the panoramic terrace, an outbuilding with fireplace which is near to the swimming pool, SAT-TV and kitchen, as well as mountain bikes.6 comfortable flats  with antique furniture for 2-4 pers.- sleeping room, living room with bed settee and kitchen corner, bathroom. One of the apartments on the first floor has two beds on a loft.  Next village with all facilities Orciatico at 3 km

Nr 4 and 5  have a private terrace to the vineyards, Nr 6  in direction to the pool. Apartment 5 has two further beds on a loft in the living room
