Choose the correct (L or S) version of your bios. Identify your bios version by rebooting your computer and looking at the release date for your bios. You will find a L (large block size bios) or S (small block size bios) at the end of the release date i.e. 07/21/1996L or 07/21/96S. Warning: if you have mistakenly used the wrong bios, you will have to send back your board for repairs !
