Difference between the ATC 1020 (Rev 1.x ?) (bios v1.1) and the ATC 1020 Rev. 2 (bios v1.3)
* The ATC 1020 (Rev
1.x ?) Bios v1.1 offers an undocumented
support for Pentium 166-233mmx and Amd K6 166-233mmx cpus: old
bios doesn't recognize correctly these cpus. This mainboard have
the JP11/JP12/JP13 jumpers (three
jumpers with two pins) that allow an undocumented
setting for Dual voltage Cpus (mmx) and JP14
jumper that allow an undocumented setting
for various type of splitted voltage.
* The ATC 1020
Rev. 2 (Bios v1.3) offers a partial
documented support for Pentium 166-233mmx and Amd K6
166-233mmx cpus, but old bios doesn't recognize the AMD K6
cpus correctly. This mainboard have the JP11
jumper (one jumper with three pins) that allow a
documented setting for Dual voltage Cpus
(mmx) and JP14 jumper that allow a documented
setting for various type of splitted voltage.For New settings,
see http://www.vobis.de/vob/atrend/mb/atc1020/ll_gb.htm
*Exist however a PLUS version of the ATC-1020 (ATC-1020
PLUS) mainboard that offers full
documented support for mmx cpus.
