The new BIOS (2a59cpa9.bin) now recognises my 8.4GB harddriver correctly, and all else seems to be in order.   The only problem I had was using the correct flash utility (which then caused a lot in internet searching!). Uniflash or Awdflash (8.03) didn't work.   In the end, I was successful with MrBIOS (as mrflash.zip) 29c010L.exe."
