Q. I have difficulty login to the modem.

Q. My computer get the correct IP from the modem, but I still cannot login to the modem.

Q. My modem is not functioning properly. The configuration that I've made is all wrong when click saved.

Q. I have difficulty login to the modem.

A. Please check that the you have connect the cable correctly. (see manual for more details) Make sure that the driver is properly installed. If all above is done, please follow this steps:

  1. Run "winipcfg" for Windows 9x/ME or "ipconfig" for Win2K/WinXP.
  2. Check you have the correct IP assign to you computer.


  3. Check the IP address is within the range of 10.0.0.3 to 10.0.0.14
  4. If not, click Release and Renew.
  5. For Win2K/WinXP, go to command prompt type "ipconfig /release" to release IP and type "ipconfig /renew" to renew IP.
  6. Check if the computer has the correct IP assigned.

Q. My computer get the correct IP from the modem, but I still cannot login to the modem.

A. Please make sure that "No Proxy" is selected in the web browser.

Q. My modem is not functioning properly. The configuration that I've made is all wrong when click saved.

A. Please do the following:

For IE:

  1. Go to the Internet Option of your web browser.
  2. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Settings..."
  3. Select "Every visit to the page".

For Netscape:

  1. Go to the Preferences of your web browser.
  2. Under "Advanced", click "Cache"
  3. Selece "Every time I view the page".
