From two years ago some changes have occurred in the general situation about CHIVA.
- Today it is evident that diffusion is dependent on a complete open communication, not restricted to narrow circuits. For this reason it is necessary to teach everyone who asks without restricions.
- Internet has an impressive diffusion over the world. It allows to jump over any obstacle using deeply the net and taking in contact with other Chiva operators by EMail.
As to technical aspects:
- This new version 2 revision 00 is a HTML only document. HTML is also a format which does not depend on the computer platform. PC, Amiga and Mac will all be able to read this format. For this reason all other file formats must be considered obsolete.
- As to languages, only english version will be continously updated. This is not a win for Anglo-Saxon countries. It is instead an effort of spreading information's toward another target population.
- Aquarius BBS is no more active and my new EMail address is afunzionale@tiscalinet.it while this hypertext can be read at the Web Page http://web.tiscalinet.it/afunc.
- The bibliography will be released only in electronic format and will be completely free. Papery releases are technically obsolete.
