Description:

An On Line discussion lasting from 12th to 23th of february 2007, about Foam Sclerotherapy and possible collateral effects on cerebral circulation.

On february 12th, essential documents will be posted on the list to make everyone aware of the problem.

Two days later, on february 14th, the short comments of the selected vascular experts will be posted too.

Starting from that moment, the discussion will be open to all people feeling they have some remarks to share on the list.

This list has a Moderator, a panel of Vascular Experts, invited when the list was born and a President elected inside this restricted group.

The discussion will last officially until february 23th, while as a non moderated one it could go on "ad libitum".

Allowed languages are english, french, spanish and italian.

It is better to write at least in two languages, to make the communication easier, even if it's not mandatory.

All contributions to the discussion will be gathered and (if possible) published on the internet or on a CD.

As a partecipant to the List you should renounce to all rights coming from your contributions to the discussion, in the case they will be published.

The same rule applies to invited Vascular Experts, except for a symbolic fee they will receive in case funds gathered by sponsors will cover all expenses.

If you don't agree with this statement, please unsubscribe and do not partecipate to the list.

Funds are limited, but in case they will be sufficient, apart of list mainteinace expenses, they will be used to institute an award to be given for a research in the field of foam sclerotherapy.

This list will be closed at the end of the event, on february 28^th 2007.
