THE HONEY 
Honey is a vegetable product elaborated by the bee, composed by saccharose, glucose, fructose, mineral salts, different aromatic substances, vitamins, yeasts and ferments, different mineral elements as the iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. 
Besides the honey, being a sugary mixture predigested by the bees, has a predisposed assimilation because it is absorbed by the blood and it has a tall energetic value (example: 1kg of honey corresponds to the caloric value of around 3 kgs of meat!).



THE WAX 
The secretions ceroses of the bees are essential for the construction of the honeycombs. The bees secrete wax following transformations of sugary substances (honey). It has a sweetish taste and, if it is pure, it has a white color. The use of the wax is of the most disparate: to polish floors and furniture, to prepare waxes for shoes, papers, varnishes, artificial flowers; it serves besides in medicine, in aeronautics, in cosmetics...



THE POLLEN
It's composedby proteins, amino-acid, B1 and B2 vitamins. It is a dust that serves to the fertilization of the flower, but that is picked up by the bees to feed themselves. It will serve besides to the bees to elaborate glaze to give to the brood; it is a food composed by honey, pollen and water. The wealth of contained substances in the pollen make it a good integrator to feed.


THE PROPOLI
The composition of the propoli results formed by aromatic resins, wax and essential oil. It is used in the care of the infections, burns, abscesses, varicose ulcers... And besides all of this, the propoli is recommended for increasing the natural defenses of the organism.


ROYAL GLAZE (pappa reale)
It is a mixture rich in amminoacidi, proteins, carbohydrates, B vitamin and other substances. It is a natural food with the aspect of a glaze of color white-cream or yellow, that is furnished to the bee queen and to the larvas in the first three days of life. It is a secretion produced by present glands in the head of the bees workers. It's considered a good food for re-establishing a natural food equilibrium and it must be assumed every morning in fasting situation for 20/60 days, around 250 mgs for the adults (for children it can also halve).
