TRICK
FILM
2 ROLLS PACKAGING:
How to use Trick Film Use Trick Film as a backing for embroidery, as if using conventional paper (unwoven) backings. Spread out the Trick Film on the embroidery table and spread fabric on top of it. The rough surface faces up against the fabric which prevents slippage and puckering of embroideries. When embroidery is done on piece goods, frame up the Trick Film and the fabric. Trick Film is used as a topping (without any backings what-so-ever). The rough surface is facing down against the fabric. When embroidery is done place the embroidery area, Trick Film side down, against the heating plate or the flat iron. With temperature setting of 110° C to 130° C and adjusted pressure, within less than 2 seconds to 5 seconds, the Trick Film is melt on the heating plate and be left on its surface, completely away from the fabric. On embroidery there will be no trace of backing film. The film melt and left on the heating plate is easily scraped off and disposed of as a piece of poly orefin which is totally harmless and fumeless (no chlorine). Better to use Trick Film at embroidering because no slippage means no adhesive. No punched out paper means better environment for people and machines. Better to use Trick Film when removing backings, a few seconds consistent and perfect removal means better products at less cost. No backings left means safety, comfort and better looking products for the consumers.
