Princess Mononoke European DVD Petition
Unfortunately, as everybody knows, Buena Vista Entertainment has revealed its intention of distributing the forthcoming European releases of Princess Mononoke DVD without the original Japanese audio track. Obviously we, as well as, we think, all Japanese animation fans and potential buyers of these DVDs, are in total disagreement with the company decision. This petition, provided by AnimeDVDItalia, has the purpose of promoting the inclusion of the original Japanese audio track in every next European release of Princess Mononoke (Mononoke Hime) DVD, edited by Buena Vista Entertainment. In addition, is equally important that the various subtitles should not only be included in the DVDs, but may also profit by an adaptation as much as possible close to the original Japanese work, so that all fans could have the possibility to gather the full meaning of this work even in its slightest shades that such a master as Hayao Miyazaki has decided to enrich this masterpiece with.
Subscribe the petition for the original Japanese audio track inclusion and for an appropriate captioning, the closest as possible to the original script, for all next European releases of Princess Mononoke DVD, edited by Buena Vista Entertainment.
