 How to get the apar tment of via Costantiniana from Fiumicino International Airport, Leonardo da Vinci.

From Fiumicino International Airport, direct train from Fiumicino and Tiburtina Station (direction Orte), the journey takes approximately 30 min. Take bus nr. 490 nr. 495, stop p.le Flaminio. Train (metro) Roma Nord and descent to Labaro. Bus nr. 039, descent after two stops.

- prices are inclusive: bed linen, blaket, baththroom towel,  kitchen and the exclusive use of kitchen;

- at the departure, the apartment will be cleaned by lodger, penalty € 30

Responsability of  users: the users of the apartment will be deemed responsible for any damage caused to the building or its contents by him/herself or any third present in the accommodation. Any relative expenses will be charged to the users at the moment of his/her departure.

Please note:

-You can invite guests if you please. However, you are not allowed to let anybody else live with you nor can you sublet the apartment out.

-During the time of your stay, the lanlord is entitled to carry out any necessary maintenance. This service is paid by the landlord.

- Guests are expected to behave in a civil manner, in the respect of the whole building and neiborhood, avoiding loud noise, and any other behavoiur which may disturb or damage. Those who do not comply with yhe above regulation will be asked to leave immediately, and will not refunded.
