Rule
Art. 1
The Polisportiva 1980 Assemini index and it
organizes the 8° International Tournament of Juvenile kick "Cup
of the friendship", for the categories:
- DEBUTANTI, had been born since 01.01.1992 in then;
- Chicks, had been hatched since 01.01.1990 in then;
- Debutantes, had been born since 01.01.1988 in then;
- Young, had been born since 01.01.1986 in then;
- In any category and authorized the share of players out it rates.
Art. 2
The Tournament is developed in two circles of four
Teams every for every category, with games of alone going.
For every category, the first Teams classified of
every circle will be met for the assignment of the first one and
according to place; in the case of parity in the regulation times the
kicks of rigor will be beaten for the categories Debutantes, Chicks and
Debutantes; for the category Young in case of parity after the
regulation times the two additional times of 10 minutes will be disputed
every and to follow, in case of parity the kicks of rigor.
For every category, the second Teams classified of
every circle will be met for the third assignment and fourth place; at
the end of the regulation times in case of parity the kicks of rigor
will be beaten.
For every category, the Teams third classified of
every circle will be met for the fifth assignment and sixth place; at
the end of the regulation times in case of parity they will beat the
kicks of rigor.
For every category, the Teams fourth grade classified
of every circle will be met for the seventh assignment and eighth place;
at the end of the regulation times in case of parity the kicks of rigor
will be beaten.
The kicks of rigor over the regulation and additional
times will be beaten according to the Rule 7 of the Rules of Game and
official decisions of the F.I.G.C..
Art. 3
At the end of the eliminatory circles, in the case
two or more Teams were found in case of parity of points, for the
determination of the classification it will be favored in the order:
- The Team that will have done the greatest in the direct clashes
point;
- The Team that will have better difference nets, on the total one of
the disputed meetings;
- The Team that will have marked more nets, on the total one of the
disputed meetings;
- The drawn out Team to drawing.
For the determination of the classification 3
points for the victory and a point will be assigned for the balance.
Art. 4
Every competition will be developed in two times of
game with an interval of 5 minutes between once and the other. The
times for every category will be:
- DEBUTANTI And Chicks, two times from 15 minutes each;
- Debutantes, two times of 20 minutes each;
- Young, two times of 25 minutes each.
The time of wait for the presentation of you list
to him, for all the categories, you/he/she has established in 15
minutes beginning from the schedule of calendar.
Art. 5
All the players have to own the label F.I.G.C.
released by the Committee of affiliation and appartenenti to the
Society participant, for the season 2000/2001. For the foreign
formations the labels of affiliation will be worth to the respective
federations. I/you/they are not admitted loans from other Societies.
Art. 6
During the competitions are admitted substitutions
as it follows:
- CAT. Young of five players all in list, independently from the
covered role, in any moment of the competition;
- CAT. Debutantes, Chicks and DEBUTANTI the changes will be free type
basket. DEBUTANTI and Chicks he has allowed the doorman to receive the
retropassaggio and he is not considered the offside.
Art. 7
(for the tournaments to rapid carrying out).
The automatism of you sanction it is anticipated with
the following formalities:
- The player expelled during a competition cannot participate in the
following competition except great sanctions inflicted by the Sporting
Judge.
- The player that incurs in the second admonition during the
tournament will be disqualified for a competition on decision of the
Sporting Judge.
For the categories debutantes and chicks has not
foreseen the automatism of the sanctions that therefore must have
submitted to the provisions of the Sporting Judge (Art. 36 paragraphs
2 of the Code of Sporting Justice).
Art. 8
Treating each other of tournament to rapid carrying
out, possible claims must be delivered to the arbiter in writing
within 30 minutes from the term of the meeting to which the claim is
reported, with attached tax of £ 50.000, copy of the claim it must
always be delivered to the counterpart in the terms of the 30 minutes.
Art. 9
For every competition every Society will have to
introduce (20 minutes before the schedule of beginning) to the arbiter,
a list in which it will be listed the titular players and the reserves.
In such list 12 players can be pointed out for the categories
DEBUTANTI and Chicks and 16 players for the categories Debutantes it
is Young.
For every competition every Society will have to
introduce a linesman, such person must be enrolled to the F.I.G.C..
Art. 10
The complete list of the players (composed by 12
players for the DEBUTANTIs and Chicks and 16 players for Debutantes it
is Young) introduced for the first competition it will be that
definitive with the players that will participate in the Tournament,
they cannot be therefore you effect substitutions of players for the
following competitions, punishment the loss of the competition.
Art. 11
In the cat. Young has foreseen the automatism of
the sanctions with the following formalities:
- the player expelled during a competition cannot participate in the
following competition except great sanctions inflicted by the Sporting
Judge;
- the player that incurs in second admonition during the tournament
will be disqualified for a competition on declaratoria of the Sporting
Judge.
In the cats. DEBUTANTI, Chicks and Debutantes, the
Art. 36 paragraphs 2 of the Code of Sporting Justice don't foresee the
automatism of the sanctions, that therefore will owe soggiacere to the
provisions of the Sporting Judge.
Art. 12
The Society organizer declines every responsibility
for what can happen to the athletes, executives, things, first, during
and after the competitions. The sanitary Guardianship and assicurativa
of the athletes participants he intends guaranteed from the Society of
affiliation, with the adhesion and the share to the Tournament.
Art. 13
For how much expressly contemplated not in the
present rule, the norms and the rules of the F.I.F.A are in force. and
those of the N.O.I.Fs. and F.I.G.C., besides those brought on the
Statement Official n° 1 of the Juvenile and Scholastic Sector related
to the season in progress.
