Cuneo is a Province main city and is located at the Alps feet almost at the french borderline. The greatest handicap of the town is the absence of a motor way that connect it to the other big communication ways. In any case when you arrive from Turin or Savona on the A6 highway, just take the exit called Fossano and then follow the Cuneo signs. If you arrive from Piacenza on the A21, choose the Asti Est exit and then follow the sign with this progres- sion: Alba, Bra, Fossano, Cuneo. From France you can use the Tenda Pass or the Maddalena Pass to cross the Alps.

 

When you reach downtown go to the main train station and then follow the signs for France. After the hospital take the 2nd street on the left (beside the stadium) and then after 100 meters (300 feet) you'll finally see on the right the Bar Vela.
