There is a large covered private veranda with grape vines, leading onto the private garden, which has a view of Ascoli Piceno. From the garden there are views of Monte Ascensione and Monte Piselli, the mountains either side of the Piceno valley.
Outside there are a table and chairs for dining ‘al fresco', and a barbeque is available for your use. The garden contains olive, pear, walnut and cherry trees; you are welcome to help yourself to the crop.
The apartment is furnished with electric fans to help with the summer heat and there are electric heaters for cold winter evenings.
We operate a non-smoking policy within the apartment and pets are not allowed.
The newly equipped apartment (c.70sqm) has 1 double bedroom, a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the living area, allowing 4 to share the accommodation. Towels will be changed every 3 days and bedding every week; these are included in the price.
For your entertainment there is a TV and DVD player and portable CD/radio with a variety of CDs or DVDs available for loan. We also have a book-swap library where you can leave your old book and pick up something new to read.
Secure off-road parking is available to the rear of the property.
