The self-catering apartment is available to rent only by the week during July and August. However, the apartment can be rented on a daily or weekly basis throughout the rest of the year, with discounts for prolonged periods.

For weekly stays, we will supply a starter pack in your kitchen, comprising of milk, coffee, bottled water and a bottle each of local red and white wines. We may also be able to get further supplies at your request, but this is subject to availability and time constraints. There are however numerous supermarkets in and around Ascoli for you to get further supplies at your own convenience.

Check in is at 14:00 and Check out is at 11:00. Weekly stays start on a Saturday.

Linen is changed weekly, towels are changed twice weekly. The apartment will be cleaned once a week. These services are included in the price.

A service laundry wash is available for €5.00 per load.
