We have created a comfortable apartment in our house overlooking the historic city of Ascoli Piceno, and invite you to spend time with us during your Italian holiday.

Our house is in the foothills of Monte Ascensione, 750m above sea level, affording cool breezes in the hot Italian summer. The peace and quiet of this rural area makes for a truly relaxing stay.

Being just 10km from Ascoli Piceno, it is possible to get to this beautiful and exuberant medieval town in less than 15 minutes. From Ascoli, the autostrada takes you to the excellent beach at San Benedetto in about 25 minutes. Venture 40 minutes further inland to the Monte Sibillini National park for beautiful scenery, medieval hill-villages and stunning walking trails.
