| PlasterFlex is characterised by an extreme practicality
both with pneumatic pistol and by hand with a spatula. 1. Preparation of the grout In the first phase, PlasterFlex is mixed by hand or mixer with the relative catalyst following the instructions indicated on the packet. Working time takes about 6/8 hours, while final hardening takes 48 hours. By varying the quantity of catalyst, it is possible to increase or reduce working and final hardening times of PlasterFlex. 2. Application of the product 2a) by means of pneumatic pistol : Fill the pistol barrel with PlasterFlex, cut the nozzle opening at the desired measure (at least 10 mm). Start delivering by keeping the pistol vertical. 2b) by means of manual spatula. 3. Run the scraper (see picture 3) to remove stucco. Collect the excess, this can be fully reused. 4. Clean with a cloth and alcohol or a liquid degreaser for domestic use. Once the grout has been applied, panels can be transported immediately without waiting for the final hardening. |
