"...in 1987 and 1988 SIGILLUM S performed some very special concerts, which seen from a distance of more than 11 years, appears as some kind of growth in public... they were a gloomy and joyous celebration of spontaneity and concentration, angelic rituals for the hidden forces of sonic revelation. At the time, recordings of some of them circulated as Private Edition tapes... then, a few tracks appeared on the ES DATA BASE tape compilation. Now, triggered by the taste of recollection, we have gone back to the original tapes and have decided to avoid the documentation approach, preferring to give them the full status of memories... as such, we have redefined them as we think they would have sounded in our present minds... a flowing feast of ringing drones and metallic chants basing themselves in endless overdubs..."
