Mottobello
The Colline Novaresi are the gentle rolling hills north of Novara in Alto Piemonte that have had a noble history of fine wine making for centuries.
Mottobello is the dialect name of the hill on which grows the Greco Novarese grapes that produce this wine.
This is the only native white grape of the Alto Piemonte.
The careful field selection of the fruit, fermentation for fifteen days and aging in steel produces a straw yellow wine with aromas of acacia, honey, wild flowers and basil.
The very unique taste is dry and rich, but subtle and elegant.
Enjoy this wine sligtly chilled at 52°F
