have eight en-suite bedrooms with marvellous view over the surrounding
countryside and a restaurant which can seat 50 guests.
Our cuisine is based on traditional dishes using the best local produce
of the season

have a special menu so that guests can taste a little of each local speciality
and drink some of the great wines of this region. We have an extensive
wine-list and our cellars hold more than 300 different kinds of the best
labels from Italy and abroad. Our cheese trolley has a large selection
of the best raw-milk cheeses.Wild mushrooms dishes from the surrounding
forests are available in season and,of course,the world-famous white Trouffle
of Alba.
