The Cinque Terre (Five Lands) are five connected fishing villages (Monterosso,Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore) climbing to a small stretch of cliff above the sea. The Cinque Terre are famed for impressive vistas and beautiful clear waters where scuba divers can find many decent dive sites. The five villages are connected by a local train. The sea in front of Cinque Terre is Marine Park.
