The Wreck of Haven

Diving on the Haven
With its lenght of 334 m. the super tanker Haven is probably the biggest wreck in the world. He sunk on 14 april 1991 after an explosion where five persons lost the life. The stern is placed on the open sea at -490 m. whereas the main body (250 m. long) is lying in front of the coast at about 1.2 miles from Arenzano. The depth varies from -33 to -80 m.
The Haven's wreck is only for very experienced divers.
