Lumassina

Lumassina


The Lumassina wines are placed on the Savona hills, in terrace plantacions which falls sheer to the see as by tradition. The colour of this wine is pale yellow with green tint, a delicate but longlasting sent of wet cowntry blossoms, of moss and green apple, a dry and sftly sour taste.

ALCHOOLIC DEGREE: between 10.5° and 11.5°.
ACIDITY: between 0.7% and 0.8%.
WINE TASTING TEMPERATURE: between 8°C and 10°C

This wine matches with some slightly rich dishes such as sea food and shellfish.

Lumassina Vivace

Lumassina Vivace


This wine is taken from grapes which stands on Savona hills fields. Its fermentation is done in pressurized vats.
The colour of this wine is pale yellow with green tint, a delicate but longlasting sent of wet cowntry blossoms, of moss and green apple, a dry and softly sour taste.

ALCHOOLIC DEGREE: between 10,5° and 11,5°.
ACIDITY: between 0,7% and 0,8%.

It matches with fat food such as sea food and shell fishes. It's perfect as an aperitif.

Rossese

Rossese


This wine belongs to the medieval period. Its colour is a deep ruby and it's sweet-smelling, with a cherry and raspberry scent. Its taste is full-bodied and soft, with a light bitter vein.

ALCHOOLIC DEGREE: between 11,5° and 13°.
WINE TASTING TEMPERATURE: between 15°C and 18°C.

This wine is well aged(two or three years).
This wine matches with strong flavoured foods.

Pigato

Pigato


The sun turns into wine : this is one of the noblest and most excellent Liguria white wine, perhaps one of the most aromatic of Italian ones.
Its colour is pale yellow with golden tint, its smell is strongly fruit with a scent of mellow peach, of herbs and cowntry blossoms, expecially of sage and broom, of acacia honey and wooden resins, a dry but delicate taste, a warm and lasting shape.
It has a agreably bitter background , that recalls a peach kernel or an almond.

ALCOLIC DEGREE: between 11.5° and 13°.
ACIDITY: between 0.45% and 0.55%.
WINE TASTING TEMPERATURE: between 10° and 14°.

This wine matches with refined flavoured food, such as a wide range of mediterranean dishes : gentle tasting pasta dishes and main courses based on fish.

Vermentino

Vermentino


This noble wine taken from Vermentino vine has a pale yellow colour, a strong and persistent smell of grass and daisy, pear and mellow peach, a gentle scent of cetron and honey, a dry and in the same time soft , warm and flavoured taste and an agreably bitter background.

ALCHOOLIC DEGREE: between 11° and 12,5°.
ACIDITY: between 0.5% and 0.65%.
WINE TASTING TEMPERATURE: between 10°C and 12°C.
This wine matches with fishes, pasta and vegetables. These foods bring out their tastes with our Vermentino.

Bianco

Bianco


Its old name is Nostralino. This wine is taken from mixture of different grapes, such as pigato, vermentino and lumassina.
Its taste is a little bitter, because of the quality of the ground on wihch these kinds of vines are placed.

This wine matches with pasta or fish.

Rosato

Rosato


Its old name is nostralino. Its vine is placed spreadly in the Savona hinterland where different kinds of grapes stand togheter in the same field.
Its caractheristic taste and colour is due to a mixed fermentation of white and red grapes in a tub.
Its smell is sweet and its taste is young.

ALCHOOLIC DEGREE: between 11.5° and 12°.

It matches with light dishes.

Olio Extravergine d'Oliva
Olio d'Oliva


The olive oil, contrary to the seed oil, has a large amount of good quality for our health, first of all it is very digestible, thanks to the oleic acid, which is not dangerous not even in large quantity.
The oleic acid stimulates the bile production, which help us to digest fats. It contains very important vitamins : the vitamin E can be entirely assimilated by our body, the vitamins A, D, E, K support our growth, defend us from infections and protect our heart and our liver.
