In the beautiful scenery, sometimes bare and rocky, sometimes covered in thck forest, but always stunning, existing a restaurant which offers the best of the traditional flavours of the sabina.
The restaurant has a large dining room, ideal for banquets of every kind and a gazebo for outdor dining. The two cooks, Rita and Irma, who are almost legendary in the area for their knowledge of the culinary traditions of the sabina, prepare local ingredients with knowledge and care. They actually roll out and cut all the pasta by hand! This is why the pasta dishes such as "trenette in a courgette and sausage sauce" or "gnocchi in pesto made with walnuts and pine nuts", delicious firm, or "strengozzi with rocket", and many other pasta dishes on the menu, are so perfect. Also part of local tradition are the "lambs ribs" and "beans with pork" wich are served as anti-pasti.

Flavours of the past can be found in the main courses such as "grilled lamb", "skewered mutton pieces", and "roasted meats". The pizzeria, wich during the winter is open from friday to sunday, is the domain of Gianni Baffo. He is from Naples, wich should tell you all you need to know about pizza! People come from all over the area to sample "c'era una volta" pizza and other specialities like "calzoni" and "crostini"  wich are very modestly priced from 6.000 to 10.000 lire. The reataurant accepts all credit cards and offers a special Sabina menu for groups visiting during the year 2000 Jubilee.
