INTRODUCTION TO ROCK CLIMBING Do you love nature and open air?...Discover rock climbing! I will explain to you the uses of technical equipment, the first steps of climbing, the different methods of improving your technique and to became more and more self-confident on rock.

MOUNTAINEERING FOR BEGINNERS Do you love unspoilt places? Want to learn the high skills of mountaineering? You have the opportunity to attend an introductory course that will cover the essential basics necessary for rock and ice climbing and to put them into practice on each ascent.
MOUNTAINEERING FOR EXPERIENCED Do you already have some alpine experience? Are you in good physical shape? The fascinating world of high altitude, hut to hut hiking and beautiful ridges are awaiting you! Why not decide to climb over 4.000 meters?

Are you a sportsperson? Do you love water? If so, Canyoning is for you. Water slides, jumps and descents will thrill you. It will be difficult to forget such a day! The descent of the canyons is a fun activity, open to all. If this is your first experience we will descend some streams where there are the lowest difficulties but where the fun is guarantee. Afterwards we can choose other streams in the Aosta Valley or we can spend an unforgettable week-end in Val Roya, close to Nice and Imperia. Also do not overlook the most beautiful canyons in the world of the Ile de la Réunion!
