Building plans of the isle and the agreed urbanistic indexes, allow a touristic-hotel building conception for a volume try outlands of about 20.000 Cu. Mt. (it can be probably increased).
We are supported by the cooperation of a local architect, who is also the drafts-man of the town-planning scheme (the isle is independent in this way). This architect is the most suitable person for getting and clearing off all bureaucratic matters.
A project proposal foresees a touristic hotel building site for which it is possible to get different typologies. 400 to 500 beds are allowed, besides urban and trade buildings, sports, recreation and restaurant facilities, all necessary.
