It also fixes a multiplexing bug that would cause some players to hang or crash at the end of playback. Also fixed an audio bug that prevented mono audio encoding with the default settings (224 kbps). This update also contains the current DVD*.PAR files. AVI2MPG2.EXE to v 1.16. Added support for 22kHz and 8 bit audio. 22kHz audio is converted to 44kHz and 8-bit audio is converted to 16-bit.. Uscito DVDRip 1.11 v1.11: - just a little update for WinDVD 1.2.84 support... v1.10: - WAV files will now be saved through the audio compression manager; this will allow you to use any audio codec that allows converting from 48kHz, 16bit PCM (MP3, MS Audio Codec or whatever you have installed) - simple video stream parser will count the number of frames ripped - added some other information in status bars like ripping speed - fixed the other 4GB bug which occured when not splitting (damn M$) - fixed the decoding to WAV bug which made DVDrip crash (this one was a real bitch!) should skip every bad AC3 frame now which killed the AC3 decoder... this will not remove the bad frames when saving to AC3 or VOB so Softencode still won't allow to decode those!!! DVDRip 1.07 v1.07: - fixed the 4GB splitting bug (hopefully :) - splitting size can now be adjusted in MB steps - when saving to WAV, audio can be automatically downsampled to 44,1 kHz for all you guys who want to make VCDs. - when ripping in VOB mode, the AC3 audio substream-id can be set to 0x80. I encountered problems (no sound) playing back a ripped VOB when not using the DVD default language. I'm not sure if it's a problem of the InterVideo filter or a general one. Anyway just check this option and every audio packet becomes substream 0x80. - added support for QDVD.DLL version 6.1.5.217 (Windows 98 SE Build 2222) |
