Elections will be held during the next General Meeting
in Stockholm (12 September 2003).
The President and two board members will have to be elected.
According to current
EASM regulations, candidatures have to be presented by July 31st to
the Easm Secretariat in Florence.
All candidatures
must be supported at least by two current regular members of the Association,
from two different countries. Following
the decision made at the 10th General Meeting in Jyvaskyla, at least
one of the new Board member have to be female. EASM board invites therefore all
the current women who are members of the association to consider this issue and propose at least one
candidate. It must be also noted that current EASM regulations do not allow
more than 2 board members from the same country
