Project’s aim is the professional training of 11 young women and their introduction in the world of work.
The project includes a training period of 600 hours, which is the first activity, but also a further vocational guidance of the participants.
In fact, after the end of the lectures (march 1999), a period of “research” followed, during which some technical, commercial and scientifical topics were examined through visits, stages, meetings, both in Sicily and in other European countries.
In particular, thanks to the cooperation of two German partners (see below), participants visited fairs and plants in Germany during ten days (may 1999).
According to the time-table, a new company among the participants was established in June 1999 (A.R.E.A. s.r.l.): it will be supported (both technically and economically) in the frame of this project during its first months of activity.
The end of the project, expected in december 1999, is now fixed on November 30, 2000.

The project is part of a transnational network called “Eur-eco”, which includes the following partners:
