For more than twenty years, Fina Cosimo srl has been building systems that test and overhaul pressurised equipment, storage tanks, tank transport trucks and spiders for a wide range of customers throughout Italy. The company Quality System was certified ISO 9002 in 1996 and an application for ISO 9001 Quality System is pending.

Fina Cosimo performs the following procedures:
  • Testing of equipment containing acetylene and other gasses;
  • sandblasting and
    painting of the cylinders;
  • Construction and coating of cylinder bundies for any type of gas;
  • Over hauling of tank trans port trucks and spiders;
  • Construction of control units for tank transport
    trucks and storage tanks in general.

The company also has the following internal departments:
  • Structural work;
  • Mechanical lathe work;
  • Laboratory for material testing; ultrasonic testing for breakage cracks ad splits, thickness tests, machines for performing Brinnel hardness tests on steel generally at up to 7000 Kg by means of Wolpert hardometers.
