where and who
The
house is a renovated traditional farm house located one km off a little village
called La
Pedraia,
on top of a hill in a very quiet and unspoiled part of north-west Sardinia. All
around you hills, clean air and water, tranquillity and space on the human
scale. Spectacular view out to rocky coastline towards Stintino and Asinara
island.
A man-made environment where men are extremely reserved and proud of their belonging to a community with ancient roots. You will understand them through their traditions. Grape harvest, cereal sowing, Christmas and Easter festivities, haymaking, crops gathering, shearing have always marked seasons and our way of life. Hospitality is genuine and innate in our agricultural Society.

Summer
is the tourist season for excellence. When Sardinia is overlooked by tourists
who tend to flee with great speed from hectic busy cities towards our wonderful
transparent emerald water and who can blame them but they definitely miss
something special neglecting the North-west coast of Sardinia and their many
districts full of greenery in which nature expresses herself superbly.
The
naturalness of gentle hills along with magnificent promontories, white sandy
beaches and much of its coastline with forbidding cliffs, which plunge steep and
sheer to inaccessible bleakly rocky shore generate you and you can live in a
human dimension, in harmony with nature and life.
Our challenge is to attract attention to this wild, genuine and incomparable beauty of our territory and we are sure you will love it.
