The Child Sponsorhip Campaign intends to use the generous contributions of those who have already become sponsors to support the ASEM Centres where all the children live and to maintain all the activities done in their favour. In fact, Asem activities are sponsored only by private funds. At present, thanks to the contribution of hundreds of Italian godmothers and godfathers, we are able to guarantee a minimum subsistence level and a remarkable psychological support to the children sheltered by ASEM.

...But, these children cannot do without your help too in order to have the certainty of a future as much safe as the present and, we hope, even better.

The boy or the girl of which you'll receive the picture is a testimonial of this initiative; the donation you will send will be partly used for the direct practical assistance to the child and partly to finance the common activities of all the children of the two Centres. This is meant in order not to create any difference among children who have been sposnored and those who may  temporarily be wothout a godfather or a godmother.
