Born in Vicenza (Italy), 1951. Completed training as medical doctor in 1976. Lived in Mozambique since 1979. Now settled in the Ilha de Moçambique, he works as a free lance Public Health consultant and runs a small hotel. Without any formal training in photography, he started taking colour snapshots in the early '80s. He moved to black and white in the mid '90s. More than 90% of his output is devoted to Mozambique. |
