The
azienda agrituristica LA BAITA is opened from the end of May to the end of
September and during Holidays
(on reservation). We
breed “frisa” pedigree goats and our products are: fresh cheese of
goat milk, meat, salami and local dishes such as “Pizzoccheri”,
“Polenta with mushrooms” and cakes we strictly prepare and cook in the
Azienda. Some
of our specialities are: “polenta” kids and mushrooms , gnocchi with
goat milk, pizzoccheri, tiramisù with ricotta (a kind of cottage cheese)
and walnuts and blueberry tarts.
We
organize New Year’s Day with the possibility to sledge by moonlight
during the spring and winter and wals with snow-shoes. |
