Our house is made up by two independent apartments. It is at Donnalucata, in Sicily, in small and calm country - fraction of Scicli, baroque small village of the province of Ragusa. It is just close to the sea (it's enough to cross the street!) but it s also very near to the center of the country. The landscape is encircled from green and clear beaches. Donnalucata is a small village a lot attended in the summer season but he is not chaotic as every other touristic place.

The apartment at the land floor allows 6 beds and has:

• 3 bedrooms;
• a wide stay;
• one habitable kitchen;
• a bathroom
• a wide terrace that practically encircles the house, with sight sea.

The apartment at the firsti floor allows 6 beds and has:

• 2 bedrooms;
• a stay with bed-sofa;
• one habitable kitchen;
• a bathroom;
• two wide terraces with veranda from which you can see the sea.

Every apartment is equipped of washing machine, fans in every room and heating in winter, also of TV and, if it is demanded of telephone.

The house is rentable during all the year also for short periods, and the price is not expensive regarding the fantastic opportunity of living in contact with the sea in one of the more fascinating regions of Italy.
