 2009 - L'  AS GAETA '84  CUS Cassino and    City Hall of Gaeta organize  the XXI Trofeo  International of handball  Tournament  Young  in Gaeta 18 June 20 09.

PARTECIPATION :
All teams which are enrolled within their own national leagues, can enroll in this tournament. Student teams as well

RULES :
-  F.I.G.H. and I.H.F. rules will be applied.
-  Each player needs an identity card.
- A more detailed program will be given to participants teams   after their registration.
- Each team will play at least 5 games. The preliminary games   will be played the 29th  30 th June and  01 July ,   while the semifinal game will be played  in the morning and the final in the afternoon and will end on 3 July.
- The  A. S. GAETA HANDBALL '84 can decide to changes  the program and can refuse the late registration (at 20 May 09 ) just in case there are too many teams.
- The Tournament will start  29 th june 09 at 9.oo am and will   end 03th July 09  at 20.oo .

FRIENDLY GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS:
    The A.S. GAETA '84  CUS Cassino organization can provide a program for the teams that would like to protract their stay, for a few days with friendly Handball, games or   Beach  Handball competitions.

REFEREES: 
-    The macthes will be refereed by italian referees of F.I.G.H. and foreign referees. Each foreign team can suggest their own referee.
The proposal must arrive to the organization within 01 May 09  and must  have  a  photocopy  of the referees federation card 2009.      

PARTECIPATION RULES:
-   To participate each team must pay the registration fee Euro 80.00 -  and must pay their own trip and own board and lodging. the organization gives some facilities:

A) ACCOMODATIONS SCHOOL MEANS IN A SCHOOL ROOM:

  - SCHOOL with a bed inclosed the fee is Euro 08.00 for night - per person; each person will receive a bed from the night of 28 June 09 to the night of 03 July 09.

   - SCHOOL without a bed the team must pay  Euro 1200.00 for entire team ( each individual must bring a sleeping bag/bad) max 10 people, per teams ( the night  28 June  to that of july 03).
All extra days will cost ? 30. 

DEPOSIT
 We will request a Euro 110.00 ? deposit to all the teams that will be lodged in the schools to repay damage that could happen. The entire amount will be returned , on departure date , in absence of damages .Teams that request a longer stay, must find an agreement on dates and payment forms.

- INDIPENDENT:
 the  teams  that  will provide their  accomodation  and they must leave the is their addresses.

 B)  FOOD :

BREAKFAST OF THE MORNING (Continental breakfast ) Euro 12.00 package includes 6 breakfast from 29 june 06  to 04 july 09. ( inclusive breakfasts of a drink and a sweet  ).

RESTAURANT 
- Euro 120.00 - per person including 2 (two) daily meals starting 28 june 09 th (dinner) ending with    03 July 09 (dinner) - totally 11 ( eleven ) meals.
 - Euro 12.00 for meal single previous ordination the morning within the hours 10.00
 

C)  - FOOD AND LODGING IN HOTEL *** agreement directed with the Agency you Retire entire Lodging and meals .  The abovementioned contributions are inclusive of 2 (two) daily meals, the breakfast of the morning and of the overnight (from the supper of june 28 to the lunch of  july 04 06 - 09 entire pensions) are available in a 3/4 - star hotel for 6 nights 
- (B/B) ? Full board Euro 46.00 -( for night - per person). All meals are included.
- ( H/B) - Half board Euro 41.00 per person each night.                                      
 -( B/B) -Bed & breakfast Euro 31 per person.                                            
 - Single room ( Euro 15.00 )or double room has a charge of  Euro 10.00.

Teams which book hotel shall provide a down  payment of Euro 50.00 per person. This amount will be deducted from total payment     or will be returned if notice of retirement will arrive at     least 15 day before tournament begins.  

DOWN PAYMENT FOR LODGE AND FOOD REGISTRATION  WILL BE OFFICIAL IF:

 1) Registration form,
 2) Payment of  registration fee,
 3) For teams lodge in schools 30% payment of above is  required. The
    final solution mast be payed at arrival.

1) Registration ?80 receipt for each teams. Registration fee will not be
     returned in any case.

2) Payment of 30% of lodging expenses. This fee will not be reimbursed

N. B.  For the number of the participants variations in decreasing to the utmost of 5% it will be admitted.

The operations of reception of the teams will be carried out within and not beyond them hours 22.00 of the 28.06.2009.
