IRENE GALITZINE

 

Irene Galitzine, a prestigious name in several fashion’s fields, is a personage known all over the world. Russian by birdth, but Italian by adoption, the Princess come of the Prince Galitzine ancient family, whose origins date back to 1200.She was forced to exile because of the October Revolution.
Her creations have worn the most famous women in the world, such as Sofia Loren, Elizabeth Taylor, Paula  of Liegi and Jackie Kennedy. The “Pigiama Palazzo”  has been her most renowned creation. It was presented in Pitti and it has been proposed in all the collections at recollection of  the successfull beginning!
Actually, some of her “Pigiama Palazzo” are present in the most important museums of the World, such as the Metropolitan Museum in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the St. Peterborough Museum in Russia, where the Princess has recently done several fashion shows. Irene Galitzine has inaugurated, in September 1996, her first boutique in Moscow in the Red Place. In November of the same year she published her biography entitled “From Russia to Russia”.
So a  prestigious name, that of Irene Galitzine, synonym of success all over the world! Today the Mark is present in several sectors: fabrics, couture and prèt a porter collections, knitwear, wedding-dresses, rainclothes, bathing suits, leather goods, ties, foulards, gloves, glasses, umbrellas and house’s collections (bathroom, bedroom and kitchen), porcelains and silverware.
