By plane: [ "C. Colombo" Airport ] The Hotel Acquaverde can be reached by Taxi ( it takes about 10/15 min.; cost approx. 20 Euro), or by the AMT bus n. 2 ( from the Airport to Piazza Acquaverde, approx. every 20 min.; the journey lasts about 10/15 min.; the ticket costs approx. 2,20 Euro). THE "CRISTOFORO COLOMBO" AIRPORT is situated on an artificial peninsula, built by filling up a stretch of sea, at about 6 km. from the city centre; its privileged position combines easy access with efficient links by public transport. The "C.Colombo" Airport is the fundamental hub for air traffic in the area, serving the needs of the Genoa harbour, as well as of important industries, well-known research institutions, famous tourist resorts and some modern conference centres and trade fairs, and of course giving access to the great artistic and cultural patrimony which is the heritage of the long and original history of Liguria.

By car: [Motorway exits Genova Ovest or Genova Est ]
Exit the A7 or A10 motorways at the Genova Ovest (West) exit; first follow directions to the harbour and then to the Principe railway station (FS). You will reach Piazza Acquaverde in less than ten minutes and you will find, on the left, the station and Via Balbi on the right ( n. 29 is the first on the left). You can stop in front of the hotel and unload your luggage; there's a car park for the hotel guests in Vico Monachette, on the corner with Via Balbi.
If you choose the Nervi motorway exit, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
PLEASE NOTE: a No thoroughfare area begins immediately past the hotel; cars are therefore not allowed beyond the signs.
Coming from the A12 motorway, you can exit at Genova Est (East), which is nearer the Exhibition Hall area; from there , follow the seafront and you will reach the hotel in a few minutes.
