LSB - Lower SideBand

It is the SSB mode where only the lower sideband is transmitted, while the carrier and the upper sideband are both suppressed.
It can be used by radio amateurs on all phone portions of their bands, but in fact it is used only below 10 MHz, for historical reasons.
