IL GALLETTO is situated just outside the historical centre of Corciano at about 10 km. from Perugia, between the olive trees at an altitude of about 400 metres. Around the house there is a nice garden with furniture and barbecue. A perfect place to relax in a beautiful environment. For children it is a perfect place too. There is more than enough space for them to play.

Corciano is situated in a very interesting area from historical as well as from cultural point of view. The most important cities in Umbria and Tuscany, like for example Assisi and Siena, can be reached in less than an hour.

From Florence you need to take the A1 with direction Rome, exit Bettolle and follow the E45 to Perugia, exit Corciano. From Cesena you take the E45 exit Pierantonio and then follow the signs Corciano.

From Rome you need to take the A1,exit Orte, afterwards the E45 to perugia, exit Corciano.

IL GALLETTO has got: 1 room on the groundfloor for 2-4 people with a bathroom and a small kitchen. 1 big apartment on the groundfloor for 4-6 people with a very big livingroom with a double bed, a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with a special pizza oven and a fireplace. 1 very big apartment on the second floor for 8-12 people. This apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a beautiful terrace from which you have an excellent view.

The rooms and apartments can of course be booked seperately but also alltogether. The house is perfect for groups of friends or several families who want to spend their holiday together but who like their privacy at the same time.

People who stay longer than 1 week become a discount. Gas and electricity is not included in the price. This has to be paid afterwards.

The rooms and apartments have a fully equiped kitchen. You only need to bring your own towels.
