In this region meals are an important part of the cultural experience, because of its gastronomic traditions that date back to ancient Greece.
In Paestum the famous Buffalo Mozzarella will be the gastronomic framework of magnificent Greek temples.
You will visit a dairy farm where buffalo roam and have the unique opportunity to taste the mouth-watering cheese and yogurt made from their milk.
Next you visit Cilento, another gorgeous countryside in southern Campania.

On the beautiful Amalfi Coast you are at the center of a major wine producing area.
In a characteristic village you will be able to see how the famous limoncello is processed, using locally grown lemons.
More than that you will be invited to participate in the making of this sweet after dinner drink, which you can then take home. 		 

In Naples you will taste the original Margherita Pizza, created last century in honor of the Queen of Italy.
You will enjoy homemade, scrumptious local desserts like Sfogliatella (a puff pastry filled with ricotta and candied fruit) and Baba' (rum soaked sponge cake) as you drink the world famous Cafe Napoletano.

In Caserta you will relive the splendor of the Bourbon kingdom as you walk through the magnificent Royal Palace set in an elegant English style garden.

  Finally you arrive in Pompei the very well preserved ancient Roman City that was buried by the Mt Vesuvius eruption in 79a.d.
This is the only place in the world where you can experience an entire ancient city as it once was just by simply taking in all that is around you.
You will visit the San Marzano area (la terra dell'oro rosso) land of the red gold, famous for its pasta sauce made with the best quality vine ripened tomatoes.

On this journey you will have the opportunity to choose from an array of activities including private boat tour to the islands, a folkloric evening by the sea where local artists will serenade you as you enjoy a delicious meal in one of their homes.
