Stall feedback
This is a very good tip, picked up from Holliday and Curlytop, on usenet and the combatsim forum

Step by step instructions:

1) download AirEd (don't forget to get te new AirEd.ini file too) from this page http://members.dsl-only.net/~eagle/ and install it following the instructions provided by the authors

2) with AirEd open the .air file of the aircraft for which you want to enable stall feedback (dont' forget to backup the original file!) . The .air file for each aicraft is located in the main aircraft folder (e.g. for the A6M2 Zero, it will be "your CFS2 folder"\aircratf\A6M2_ZERO\a6m2_zero.air

3) to enable the stall horn, single click on the #319 variable and turn it to TRUE (see screen below)

4) to enable stick shake (obviously only for FF sticks), single click on the #339 variable, it will expand and allow you to single click on Stick Shaker Available in order to turn it to true (see screen below)

5) to activate the stall feedback well before departure you may also want to lower by 3 degrees the Stall AoA (angle of attack) variable, like in the following screen (I haven't, so can't confirm its effectiveness, but people report it works well)

6) save and exit AirEd

7) after following steps 2 to 6 for each aircraft you will fly in the sim you want to go into the "your CFS2 folder"\sounds folder, find the file stallhrn.wav (an annoying horn sound) and rename it for example stallhrn_wav.old

8) then, in the same folder, find the file named rumblp.wav and rename it stallhrn.wav

Whew! It's done :-) Many thanks to Holliday and Curlytop, outstanding tip!

Err... sorry for bringing this up only at the end, but if you want to save time, you can download right here all the modified .air files (stock flight model, with stall shake and aural feedback activated, and of course all of them flyable, including bombers). Enjoy!
