New Full Office 2000 emulation
- Drawing the toolbars during docking;
- Use the Control key to un-dock a toolbar during docking;
- Disable the floating toolbars (the toolbars remain docked);
- A simple Windows Rebar emulation (the toolbars remain docked on the same edge).
