DAY 1
ROME
Arrival at Fiumicino airport and meeting with our local assistant who will transfer us by private motorcoach to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 2
ROME /ASSISI/LANCIANO
Breakfast at hotel. Departure by
private motorcoach to Assisi the home
town of St Francis and St Clare, the
cradle of the Franciscan Order known
for its laws of charity. We will visit the
astounding Basilica built on three levels
with works of Giotto and Cimabue,
masters of the early Renaissance art.
On the lowest level we will pay a visit
to St Francis tomb. We then walk up to
St Clare's Basilica and to San Damiano
for a visit. Upon departure by our
motorcoach we go down the hill of
Assisi and we stop by Santa Maria degli
Angeli to visit the Porziuncola the site
where St Francis died. We go north to
Lanciano, the city of the 1st Eucaristic
Miracle of the Catholic Church when in
VIII° century A.D. the bread and the
wine became flesh and blood.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 3
LANCIANO/LORETO
Breakfast at hotel. Our day in Lanciano will include a visit to St Francis' Church where it is kept the remain of the blood and flesh of the miracle. We move on to San Agostino church and to St Mary Majors church. At the end of our visit we board our private motorcoach to reach Loreto, a lovely town in the heart of Marche region known for its Black Madonna statue worshipped by thousands of pilgrims.

DAY 4
LORETO/SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO
Breakfast at hotel. We will pay a visit to the Santuario della Casa where
according to tradition in 1294 a band
of angels flew the house of the Virgin
Mary from Nazareth to this place
where lots of laurels grew. Bramante,
Sangallo and Vanvitelli gave their
contribution to the church. We have
some time for our prayer and
reflections, then we head south by
private motorcoach to San Giovanni
Rotondo the city of Padre Pio.

DAY 5
SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO
Breakfast at hotel. Our day will include a visit to the Sanctuary, the house for the relief of sufferings and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. The rest of the afternooon is free for our devotion.

DAY 6
SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO/ROME
Breakfast at hotel. Today we board our private motorcoach for the longest trip of our itinerary heading north to go back to Rome. Upon arrival we check-in at our hotel.

DAY 7
ROME
Breakfast at hotel. We leave our hotel
to reach by private motorcoach
Leonardo da Vinci's airport where we
board our flight home.
