Napoleone Stelluti was born in Larino in 1948. After having attended advanced studies in Applied Art in Vasto and Isernia, he got the Diploma of art Teaching in Firenze . From 1969 to 1974 he put on several art graphic exhibitions in his region. He is very interested in antiquities in the surroundings of his town. In 1985, he got a degree in Letters, having as lecturer Msr Emanuela Fabbricotti at " G.D'Annunzio " University in Chieti; his dissertation was about Art Mosaics in Larino , then printed in Pescara at his own charge and distribuited by Erma of Bretschneider of Rome. He wrote until 1985 for Territorio and since 1988 he has been writing for Il Ponte, two reviews of Molise. In the latter he took care of different local and cultural essays, paying particular attention to historical, artistic and archaeological subjects, even printed on the Almanac of Molise in 1991/1992. His second book was Larino- S.Pardo's Carri and Carrieri 1991/1992 it was published in 1992 and distributed by Enne Editions in Campobasso. For about 20 years he has been working as a cultural mover of the Municipal Library " B.Preziosi" in Larino for which he organized a national meeting on Pro Cluentio by Cicerone,taking care, moreover,of the documents that are going to be published by the Municipal Administration . He was rewarder for his merits in 1994 during the 4th showing of Molisan Book in Agnone and by the University Pro Deo in New York; in 1996 by the Cultural Club La Rosa in Montenero di Bisaccia. Finally he was awarder a prize by the Premiership in 1997; in the same year he published two volumes : Epigraphs of Larino and Frentania Lowlands.
